In the spirit of red carpet season we thought it appropriate to introduce you to the newest toy in our ever-expanding collection, please meet the Bullet Time Red Carpet Experience. Birthed entirely at Say Fromage HQ, from concept to completion, this was an incredibly exciting project to work on!

Like its older sister the Paparazzi Machine, we wanted to capture the excitement and mania of walking on the red carpet…and then some. We deconstructed and mechanised the really loud chap that does the voiceovers into one sleek and beautiful Bullet Time GIF machine, while harnessing bullet time technology on a level that Neo himself would be proud of. A multi-sensory immersion, the Bullet Time Red Carpet Experience theatrically guides you to the podium. When you’re standing in front of an array of cameras, it counts you down with a booming X Factor style voice, then unleashes a barrage of flashes coaxing you to werk it! When done strutting and posing, you’re then able to use a touch screen wall to share your GIF experience with your friends/the world.

Working with TalkTalk, the Bullet Time Red Carpet Experience made its first appearance at the X Factor Final at Wembley Arena, where it really enhanced the incredible atmosphere at the event. X Factor fans enjoyed using it, and were happy to leave with a great little memento of their experience as well as see their GIFs in real time on the live event gallery.
